I originally ordered an Acro plate from Aimpoint but the one they shipped me did not mount flat on my fire arm. It was chunky and had a poor finish. I searched around online for an alternative and found this company. The mount is so much higher quality than the Aimpoint offering. The front end contours to the shape of the slide. The mount sits low enough I can see my irons through the bottom (which I also could not do with the impoint branded Aimpoint plate). I am very impressed and happy with this plate and would recommend 100%.
