Refund policy

At Athena Precision, we stand behind our products! We are committed to delivering firearm accessories that are meticulously designed and crafted with the highest quality. Our products are engineered and manufactured to ensure perfect alignment and accuracy, giving you the confidence to hit your target every time. We will happily return/replace any defective parts if you ever have any issues!

Athena Precision products are always made from the highest quality materials, precision CC machined to meticulous tolerances, and finished with the most durable coatings. Every product is engineered, manufactured, finished, and shipped from our shop in Salt Lake City, Utah. Made in Utah, USA!

We have a 30-day return policy for products with no damages or issues, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any products with any manufacturing damages or issues will be replaced at no cost with free shipping.

Any cutting on any slide voids the original manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore, Athena Precision offers no warranty, either expressed or implied, for any millwork performed.  Athena Precision will not warranty plates nor optics that loosen over time, nor optic screws since these are considered maintenance items and are beyond Athena Precision's control. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
