You can not use larger back straps on the gun with this magwell, so now I have to decide whether I want to keep using the grip I was accustomed to and comfortable with, or use this piece that I just spent good money on.
The screws are Torx bits, which are uncommon enough that some people may not own a set. Even if you do, you aren't gonna have the right size for the smaller screw. It falls somewhere between T10 and T15, which no torx bit set ever bothers with because it's such an uncommon screw size. Could have just been allen heads in standard US sizes. So, that bottom screw isn't fully torqued down because it was starting to strip.
Then, finally, the magwell itself comes scratched up from the shop. Not even a prim and polished product on delivery.
I really wanted to like this, but I am super unhappy with all of that. Won't be getting my business again.
